EPISODE 5 – Landon Donovan, an LA Galaxy legend?

Welcome to Episode 5, “Landon Donovan, an LA Galaxy Legend?” The episode that almost didn’t make it. It was an interesting week for the #SFTS crew thanks to company Christmas parties, hangovers, travel, and connectivity issues to name a few. In the end – although later than we wanted to – Episode 5 is here.

In Episode 5, “Landon Donovan, an LA Galaxy Legend?” the #SFTS guys cover a mix of topics, both current and past. The crew begin by reacting to Chris Klein’s contract extension, the four-hour transfer window after the MLS Cup and LA Galaxy’s preseason schedule. Then the boys get into an interesting conversation about Landon Donovan being an LA Galaxy that leads to a game of LA Galaxy Mt. Rushmore. Episode 5 comes to an end with the “Straight from the Fans” segment and recent transfer rumors (including Jorgen Skjelvik).

5:23 LA Galaxy and AEG “award” Chris Klein with a 5 year contract.

22:16 Conversation of whether Landon Donovan is an LA Galaxy legend or not turns into debate involving Fas de Juninho, Mike Magee, Robbie Keane, David Beckham and a few others

in the Bruce Arena era. The boys also play a little game of LA Galaxy Mt. Rushmore.
